Shiny devices after an on-site maintenance service at customer side by our Schweers Consult Team.
As the Schweers Group, we are a member of the Foreign Trade Association of North Rhine-Westphalia (AHV NRW e. V.) and our employee Martina Schwarz had a great opportunity to gain insights into the Duisburg port - the largest inland port in Europe - and to exchange ideas with other members on a harbor tour together with other members of the AHV NRW.
The stones have to be removed from the roof of our company building and a solution was found promptly! Down from the roof and onto our new driveway. With a total of 5 men, the project was completed in one day and our colleagues once again demonstrated "first-class teamwork". Many thanks to everyone involved!
With teamwork, we can implement anything in the Schweers Group; whether software or hardware; whether for customers or within the company. We always find a suitable solution!
This year's trainee day took place at the Toverland theme park in the Netherlands. There, our new trainees were able to get to know our team of existing and former trainees as well as training managers in great weather with lots of activities and fun together.

Christoph is doing his educational program as IT-Systemintegrator and Samvel as IT-Software Application Developer.
We are delighted to celebrate the long company anniversary of our colleague Hartmut Neubauer, who has been actively supporting the Schweers Group in the field of software development for 35 years. Despite his retirement in 2023, he continues to work part-time for us in order to continue to contribute his know-how.
He receives a certificate for his 35th company anniversary from his superior, Managing Director Hecham Haykal.
We have successfully launched our new IONOS hosting server located in Newark, New Jersey, USA with our first customer implementation.

With great enthusiasm Saeed Akhtar, new Senior Project Manager of Schweers International, and Julian Courte, new Project Assistant, were for the first time among the Schweers International team representing the company at the Intertraffic in Amsterdam taking place from 16 to 19 April 2024. They mastered their challenge to attract world-wide business partners and potential new customers very successfully. At the Schweers’ stand they met many international visitors, from Europe, the USA, Australia, Asia and Africa, many Arabian countries as well as a delegation of the Minister of Transport from the Republic of Georgia (South Caucasus). The exchange of ideas with Schweers’ business partners from all over the world, was a greatly received and a pleasure for the Schweers International team at the Intertraffic.
Schweers International had the stand in cooperation with its business partner Zebra Technologies Corp. with a presentation of the Zebra TC Smart Phones and tablets.
Farewell, Adieu, Arrivederci, Adios, Tot Ziens....
In all these languages Stephan Meiser’s vocabulary goes far beyond “Farewell“, because he speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch fluently. In the framework of the spring event of the company Schweers melancholy and sentimentality were in the air. Project Manager Stephan Meiser – a pioneer of the beginnings of the company in 1988 – entered well-deserved retirement.
